Muridzo has enjoyed several years of diverse health and pharmacy management experience prior to starting Quality Pharmaceutical Group, having amassed valuable experience through working in the Public health sector, community pharmacies as well as the industrial pharmaceutical field.John R Chikwari (Group Managing Director Zimbabwe/ Namibia)John is a pharmacist and holder of a Bachelor of Pharmacy Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. John has been part of Quality Pharmacies for a long time. His involvement dates back to 2007 where he was instrumental in growing the business operations in Zimbabwe. Johns enthusiasm, dedication and stamina saw him transform Quality Pharmacies into a reputable entity. The group looks forward to a better future under his guidance.Tawanda Amedio Taderera (Group Operations Manager-Namibia)Tawanda is a pharmacist by profession, and a holder of a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) degree from the University of Zimbabwe. He started his professional carrier in 2001 and has been involved in numerous business start ups and expansion drives. in 2005, he was instrumental in the establishment Quality Pharmacies working side by side with his long time friend and colleague, Muridzo Muonde.Tawanda brings diverse experience from the retail, wholesale and hospital pharmacy to the group and at present he is working withMuridzo and John to spearhead business expansion in Namibia and the whole world.Kudakwashe Muonde (Chief Financial Officer)Kudakwashe Muonde: A Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant holds in addition to the afore-mention qualifications: a degree in Accounting (B.Acc) from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ), B.Compt Accounting (UNISA) and CIS. Kudakwashe has vast experience in finance, accounting and auditing, experience obtained while working in Zimbabwe and South Africa prior to joining Quality Pharmacies. In assuming his role as Chief Finance Officer, Kudakwashe sort to assist the company in monitoring and constantly evaluating the company’s systems of internal controls so as to allow the company’s decision making board to assess business risk and viability and strengthening its financial accountability and discipline as the company explore its various business expansion opportunities. |
